"I chose this SF office because it had reviews giving them 4.8. Well thats not been my experience. They are not responsive to calls or emails, I cant reach Luis Macias at all. When I wanted to cancel my auto, home, and renters insurance with them, I had to call & email multiple times. I cancelled my SF auto policy effective 10/19 and saw that they had just debited my bank account on 10/18 for $196.24. After several emails, I received a "premium correction" check for $108.93. I had coverage for one day and they deducted $87.31! The check only has an billing account number (no policy number) and no statement showing what date they were notified & how they arrived at that amount. Im still waiting for 2 other refund checks & dont hold out much hope they will be correct either.. I called the 1-800 number and they just refer me back to the local agent."

Seth always takes the time to explain my coverage so I actually understand what I’m paying for. No rushing, no confusion. "Please use extreme caution when working with this agency. I moved here from another state and already had an active State Farm policy, but instead of performing a proper state transfer, they opened a completely new policy. Because of this, I was double-billed for over six months and am now owed close to $1,000. I was told multiple times that I would receive a call back, but not only have they failed to follow up, they have also repeatedly declined my calls during their posted business hours. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience, and it’s clear that proper customer care and accountability are lacking"
